As coaches we do this by giving everyone an appropriate starting place, tracking what matters to you and providing opportunities to do more. Whether you’re here to exercise, train, or compete, we are here to serve.

What We Offer

Whether you are looking to get in shape through personal training or through our group classes, we invite you to come work hard and get results as part of our community!

  • Our facility is comprised of over 5000 square feet.
  • Our head coach writes the training program for each class.
  • Our staff is made up of highly experienced coaches to support you in any fitness endeavor that you are pursuing!


Class Standards

  • Respect the Coaches and Be Coachable - be present during class briefs and instruction times.
  • Let our Coaches do the Coaching - trust that your coaches have information on our members' movement abilities/goals that might look different person to person.
  • Respect The Space and Equipment - avoid dropping dumbbells or light bars from overhead or with careless abandonment. Be aware of your surroundings and those around you. Stay to the right when running out the door.
  • Start Together and Finish Together - Wait for everyone to get done with the workout before cleaning up equipment. This is for safety, organization, and support. Take a seat and cheer on your community!

FAQs

  • Can I do my own thing during class?

    For any experienced CrossFitters, Weightlifters, and Strongman, we have Open Gym space where you can follow your own programming. 


    We only ask that you follow our house rules. They are:

    • Class has priority for all equipment
    • Stay aware and stay safe
  • I just relocated/looking for a new gym and I’d like to check you out prior to joining.

    Feel free to come check us out! You can come in and sign-up for a Free Trial, get a feel for our gym, coaches, and community, and then decide if a membership with us is right for you. You can also view our class schedule and decide when the best time to come in is.

  • I’m not in very good shape… Am I ready for class?

    There is absolutley NO "minimum requirement" of fitness to take our classes! EVERY workout can be adjusted to fit the individuals needs or accomadtions. Our coaches have got you covered!


    One of the very first things you will discover is that Fitness does not discriminate. Whether walking the dog is the only exercise you’ve had in years, or you’ve run marathons, we will do everything we can to help you achieve your fitness goals. 


    One of the things that makes Streamline Fitness so unique is our community of people from literally every walk of life. From stay-at-home parents, to elite athletes, from students, to CEOs, from members of the armed services, to firefighters, you name it. 

  • What will my first time in your gym be like?

    When you make it into the gym, one of our coaches will greet you and check on your experience and history with training and check on any injurys or limitations.

    When class starts...

    • We will explain the workout purpose and expectations
    • We will guide everyone through a dynamic warm up
    • Class will start each workout segmant together
    • After the workout we will collect scores to track progress and finish with some stretching and mobility!

  • Why is your gym more expensive than other gyms?

    We know you may have a lot of choices on where to workout. What’s best? A treadmill at home? The gym down the street that is $15/month? A Fitness membership? We’d actually encourage you to ask a different question: What are your goals? Personalized attention? Trained, professional coaches? Accountability? 


    Working out with a group of like-minded people who cheer on your success? If the answer to any of the above is “yes”, then we’d encourage you to check us out.
