Strength & Conditioning
Our Strength & Conditioning program is suitable for all levels and is designed to help you build strength through barbell and dumbbell lifts, and improve your conditioning through various timed workouts and steady state cardio.
We utilize Barbells, DB's, KB's, Wallballs, Row ergs, Ski Ergs, Jump Rope, Boxes, Running and other exercises in day to day training.
We have 4 focused Phases during the year
- Vo2 Max - Conditioning focus to improve max intensity in workouts & the CF Open
- Muscle Mass & "Murph" - More controlled lifting sessions and long body weight workouts
- Indoor Conditioning - Its hot in Texas, More Rowing and prepare for MASS
- MASS - A program written by Dr. Pat Davidson, the Purest form of Strength & Conditioning

Resistance Training
We will teach you a consistent and progressable training program to build lean muscle mass, look good, and feel good.
We will use Dumbbells, Barbells, Cable Machines, and other tools to teach you to lift weights with appropriate form and technique.
This class is appropriate for all ages and skill levels. We can always adjust the weights.

Saturday Community WOD
Join us every Saturday at 9:30 AM for a free group workout! Feel free to bring your friends and family; it’s usually a good time! This class is beginner-friendly, expect a full warm-up and workout explanation followed by around 30 minutes of exercise. The class lasts an hour, so don’t forget to bring water.
We typically run, however biking or rowing options are always available!
